PANTELCO CUSTOMER SERVICES
Application for Service
Application for telephone service/s must be accomplished and signed on a Subscriber Request Form (SRF) provided by PANTELCO. After payment of all corresponding charges, PANTELCO will execute such requests and applications for services.
Process for Installation of a New Telephone Line
1. Applicant must fill up SRF Form with the help of PANTELCO Customer Services. Duly signed forms are submitted to be processed. No Fees are to be paid at this point. Applicant is advised to follow up application after processing.
2. The SRF form is given to PANTELCO Servicemen who are scheduled to do a survey of the area/address of applicant to assess accessibility and charges of excess wire.
**The applicant shall admit duly authorized Pantelco personnel in his premises at a reasonable time, for the purpose of accomplishing the installation. Pantelco personnels are always provided with identification cards. In case of doubt, please call Customer Services for verification.

3. Final processing of fees and charges are presented by Customer Services to the applicant upon follow up of application.
4. Fees and charges are settled by the applicant.
5. Installation by PANTELCO Servicemen is then accomplished during their scheduled rounds.
Process for Installation of PANTELCO DSL Internet Service
**An existing PANTELCO telephone line is a prerequisite for the installation of PANTELCO DSL Internet Service.- Applicant must fill up an Application Form for DSL installation with the help of PANTELCO DSL Representatives. Duly signed forms are submitted to be processed. No Fees are to be paid at this point. Applicant is advised for a scheduled visit by PANTELCO DSL Personnel for installation.
- PANTELCO DSL Personnel carries out installation of hardware and software at the address of the applicant.
**The applicant shall admit duly authorized Pantelco personnel in his premises at a reasonable time, for the purpose of accomplishing the installation. In case of doubt, please call Customer Services for verification. - After installation, applicant is given a 5 day free trial period and they are requested to inform PANTELCO DSL representatives of their intentions of keeping PANTELCO DSL Internet Services on or before the expiry of the trial period.
- After the trial period, fees and charges are settled by the applicant. However if the applicant is not satisfied, the DSL equipment is pulled out on another scheduled visit.
