CHANGING EXISTING SERVICES
Changes in Existing Service
Request for changes in existing service such as transfer, modification, addition of other services such as extension lines must be made in person by subscriber concerned through the filing of a Subscriber's Request Form (SRF). Request for transfer of telephone line or notice of service termination must be received by the business office at least 15 working days before the date of removal. Restoration of service, in case of transfer will depend on the availability of facilities in the new address. PANTELCO should be notified of service/s no longer desired by the subscriber. PANTELCO reserves the right to discontinue service/s on premises vacated by the original subscriber if such service is transferred to new occupants without informing PANTELCO.
